1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using NomShip's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
NomShip provides discounted shipping label services by leveraging wholesale shipping rates and peer-to-peer payment processing. Our services include:
- Discounted shipping label generation for USPS Express, UPS Overnight, and FedEx Overnight services
- Real-time shipping rate calculations
- Package tracking through carrier systems
- Digital receipt and label delivery (dashboard and email)
- Customer support for order-related issues
3. Payment Terms
We accept credit/debit card payments via Stripe, as well as Zelle and Venmo. Payment for shipping labels must be made through our accepted payment methods. By using our service, you agree to:
- Pay the full amount before receiving shipping labels
- Use legitimate payment methods in your own name
- Provide accurate payment information
- Accept that refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined below
4. Shipping and Delivery
NomShip acts as an intermediary between customers and shipping carriers. We do not physically handle packages. Your responsibilities include:
- Properly packaging items according to carrier guidelines
- Providing accurate package dimensions and weight
- Ensuring package contents comply with carrier restrictions
- Dropping off packages at appropriate carrier locations
- Understanding that delivery guarantees are subject to carrier policies
5. Prohibited Items
You may not ship items that are prohibited by USPS, UPS, or federal law, including but not limited to:
- Hazardous materials, chemicals, or explosive substances
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Weapons, ammunition, or firearm components
- Perishable items without proper packaging
- Items that violate intellectual property rights
- Currency, gift cards, or negotiable instruments
6. Fulfillment Timeline
Label delivery time varies by payment method: Credit card payments via Stripe are typically processed within 6–12 hours. Zelle and Venmo payments are delivered within 12–24 hours after payment confirmation. Labels are posted to your dashboard and emailed to you. If your label is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact support for assistance.
7. Refunds & Changes Policy
Please double-check all shipping addresses before completing your purchase.All sales are final once a label is generated and delivered (dashboard or email). No address changes, exchanges, or refunds will be issued unless the label is not functioning (e.g., invalid or unscannable barcode). Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Before label generation: Full refund available if requested within 1 hour of payment
- After label generation: No refunds or address changes except for non-functioning labels
- Service errors: Full refund for technical errors or incorrect pricing on our part
- Non-functioning labels: Full refund for labels that are invalid, unscannable, or otherwise not working
Important: Labels should be used within 2 days of download to ensure validity. After downloading your label, print and use it as soon as possible.
8. Claims & Support Policy
Important: For any shipping or delivery issues, you must contact NomShip support first. Do not contact USPS, UPS, or FedEx directly, as they cannot assist with discounted labels purchased through our platform.
Our customer support team will assist with any shipping-related issues and work directly with carriers when necessary. We maintain a ~98% on-time delivery rate. If you experience delays or issues, reach out to us at support@nomship.com with your Order Code for prompt assistance.
9. User Responsibilities
By using NomShip, you agree to:
- Provide accurate shipping information including addresses, weight, and dimensions
- Use the service only for legitimate shipping purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent our payment processing or pricing systems
- Comply with all applicable laws and carrier regulations
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
10. Limitation of Liability
NomShip's liability is limited to the cost of the shipping label purchased. We are not responsible for package contents, delivery delays caused by carriers, lost or damaged packages, or consequential damages. Insurance coverage is subject to carrier terms and conditions.
11. Privacy Policy

12. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, NomShip services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for users who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, outstanding orders will be fulfilled but no new orders will be accepted.
14. Changes to Terms
NomShip reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law
